About Knotted Soul
Exploration. Growth. Connection.
Just like the ancient, labyrinthian spirals of the Picts and the knotwork of the Celts and Norse, sometimes the soul feels twisted in knots. Uncovering who we are and what Spirit is telling us can be much like navigating these twisting paths. Knotwork becomes a meditative exercise in its own right. That is what has inspired this project, which is about uncovering spiritual truths. It is not limited to single belief systems or rigid structure but is an adventure testing out different paths and ideas through art and words.
Our podcast offers information and meaningful discussions to further understanding and discovery. We hope it helps people learn and uncover aspects of themselves they previously did not recognize. Our art is an expression of our own spiritual journey and one we ourselves use as a meditative focus. We hope our work inspires you and helps you express your own journey.
