Bonfire Merch Customer Service

Merchandise is handled by Bonfire and all customer service and technical support requests regarding their products and sales sites must be directed to them. This includes anything regarding sizing, returns, exchanges, shipping, payment, and sales site functionality. Please contact Bonfire customer service for any of these issues.

Art Pieces Customer Service

Our art pieces are not mass manufactured and are handled directly by Knotted Soul. Please be advised that rush orders may not be possible for some art pieces. If you have questions regarding these items including to report issues with shipping, damage, or other quality issues, please send us an email at contact@knottedsoul.com. Please be advised that customized items and commissions are final sale.

Commissions

Commissions are currently open for pyrography, watercolour/acrylic/giclee landscapes, and vector knotwork designs. Write to contact@knottedsoul.com with a detailed description of the project you have in mind to receive a quote and timeline for the project. Please be advised that to proceed with a commission after the quote is provided, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the quote price is required. The remaining balance is required upon completion before delivery will be made. All customers who purchase a commission will also receive a 15% discount code for future merchandise and art pieces.

Licensing

If you are interested in licensing our designs, please write to contact@knottedsoul.com with the following information:

  1. Name and type of entity that wishes to use the work
  2. The intended use of the work (e.g., logo, tattoo, promotional content, etc.)
  3. The intended distribution (e.g., one-time print use, internet distribution, etc.)
  4. The desired duration for the license holding (tattoo use is classified as a one-time print use)
  5. The geographic extent of distribution (e.g., local print items, digital promotions or internet distribution, etc.)
  6. For corporations or other non-individual uses, a corporate website or other information that clearly explains the corporation’s mission, brand, and legal standing should be provided.

Once all relevant information has been received and any questions answered, a quote will be provided to you.

Please note that the Knotted Soul logo, limited edition designs, and designs previously commissioned by other customers are not available for external license agreements. Distribution of any of our designs without expressed written consent is strictly prohibited. Further license restrictions may apply.
